As the first CDO of the State of Berlin, I was responsible for the city's digitization strategy - with specific projects, e.g. B. To Smart Water, a digital twin for Berlin, the open data strategy or the further development of the Berlin DataHub.
Responsible for eJustice: CIO of the Federal Ministry of Justice
The Federal Ministry of Justice, together with the federal states, is responsible for the digital transformation within the judiciary and for communication with citizens and companies (eJustice). As CIO of the Federal Ministry of Justice, I shaped this process from 2009 to 2011.
